Terms and Conditions

The Renter MUST Agree and attest to certain rules and regulations in order to utilize this service. This includes but it not limited to:

• Need to be properly vetted before all reservations.
• If booking directly, customer must submit a driver abstract from the DMV, Current Driver's License, Verification of Current Address (Via Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Piece of Mail).

• If booking through Turo, Turo maintains its own vetting procedures. No further action is necessary. Booking a vehicle on Turo for 3 days and completing a reservation incident free allows customer to bypass all direct rental vetting procedures.
• Signing Rental Agreement and paying any and all fees at signing.
• Performing Pre and Post Vehicle Inspection.
• Selecting an Insurance Option.
• Notifying Owner of any and all issues during the course of reservation.
• Price of Vehicle Fluctuates on a daily basis. Any price agreements must be discussed prior to booking vehicle.
